Q. When will my messages go out?

A. Whenever you want them to. Same day, or any date in the future. Record or send your messages when it's convenient for you.

Q. How do we get started?

A. Provide us with the names and telephone numbers of your members. If they are in a spreadsheet or database file, send the file via Email. For small groups, we'll even type them in for you. If your roster is not on computer. Send your list by first class mail or fax. You don't have to have a computer.

Q. How soon can we get started?

A. Immediately.

Q. How do we add, delete or change members information?

A. Send an Email with changes, additions and deletions. Or, send us an updated spreadsheet file.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. 5 cents per call. No minimums, no contracts.

Q. What payment options do I have?

A. We accept personal and business checks.

Q. Can we try your service before we make a decision?

A. Absolutely! Make 100 free calls. Then decide.

Q. What if a telephone number is busy or does not answer?

A. Busy and unanswered phones are called 4 more times.

Q. Can we use more than one telephone number for some of our members?

A. Yes. Some members will ask you to call both their home phone and cell phone numbers.

Q. Do we get a report of our calls?

A. Yes. You will receive a call log via Email. Use this to research disconnected and changed phone numbers.

Q. Do we have to download any software?

A. No. Once your account is set up, all you need is a telephone. Use Email at your option.

Q. Will my membership list be sold?

A. No. Our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy. We will not release or sell ANY of your information. We safeguard the privacy of each and every member.
