A. Whenever you want them to. Same day, or any date in the future. Record or send your messages when it's convenient for you.

Q. How do we get started?

A. Click on the "Sign Up Now" link to go to the Phone Tree Wizard website.

Q. How soon can we get started?

A. Immediately.

Q. How do we add, delete or change members information?

A. Make all changes on the Phone Tree Website.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. 6 cents per call up to one minute. No minimums, no contracts.

Q. What if a telephone number is busy or does not answer?

A. Busy and unanswered phones are called 4 more times.

Q. Is there a way for someone to replay a message they missed?

A. Yes. We provide a toll free number to call and replay your most recent message.

Q. Can we use more than one telephone number for some of our members?

A. Yes. Some members will ask you to call both their home phone and cell phone numbers.

Q. Do we have to download any software?

A. No. Once your account is set up, all you need is a telephone.

Q. Will my membership list be sold?

A. No. Our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy. We will not release or sell ANY of your information. We safeguard the privacy of each and every member.
